Can I still use my home myself?
Of course, we can discuss the weeks you would like to keep for yourself. We'll agree on a rental calendar that takes your plans into account, subject to existing bookings.
How much could my home earn?
Every home is different. Location, facilities, condition and availability all influence its rental potential. Tell us about your property and we'll be happy to discuss what you might expect. Ask us about your property .
What does your service cost?
That depends on your home and the services you need. We'll explain the proposed fees and what's included before you decide whether to work with us. No need to commit just to start a conversation.
What if I don't live in Spain?
That's absolutely fine. Many holiday homeowners spend much of their time abroad. Having a local team means you have someone nearby to contact when needed. We'll agree on the practical arrangements together.
Do I need to prepare anything before contacting you?
Not much! The location of your home, the number of bedrooms, a few photographs and an idea of when you'd like to rent it out are a great start. If you're not sure about something, we can discuss it together.
